What are your payment options?
ALL major credit and debit cards and PayPal for online orders. ALL major credit and debit cards (through Paypal HERE) suffice for in-person transactions. Sorry, NO COD, money orders or cashiers checks.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Majority of orders received are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and 5-10 business days during periods of high activity or demand. Orders that are placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
What is your refund policy?
Parkland Skateboards has a 30-day return policy. After 30 days we can no longer accept any returns.
To receive a refund from a return your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
A receipt is also required for any returns.
To start a return, contact us at victor@parklandskateboards.com and
we will send you a return shipping label and instructions onto where and how to send your return.
What are the decks composed of?
Parkland Skateboards' decks are cold pressed, built of 7-ply maple and then finished with top quality paints and vinyls.
